Bugs on JuggerWORLD
Understand that we are aware that the platform has some issues, and sometimes your problem might not get fixed right away.
At the end of the day JGNNFT.com is a beta product, but we have done everything in our power to minimize the errors.
Visualization Issues
There are some BSC visualization issues, and we are awaiting them to improve the node distribution and support for the smart contracts connecting to the network.
On our end, we know that visualization is one of the biggest problems on the NFT Exchange. The NFTs are there, but sometimes, depending on the wallet and/or browser, some users can’t see them.
Bug Report Form
We have created a new google form to help improve the user experience on JGNNFT.com. We believe all the different issues have been identified, but some new bugs could arise, so here is a new bug report form:
We will check this form daily, and incorporate all the feedback to solve the problems. We are also working on JGNNFT.com V3, to improve the UI and UX of the platform, as well as eliminate all those pesky bugs!

We are also looking for new ways to improve our customer support, so users can feel heard, and we can offer the best user experience we can.
Understand that Juggernaut is always a very busy project, and team members work always non-stop, so some things might get lost from time to time, but we care a lot about our community, and we have a desire to continue improving.
